  • What is the age requirements for an escape room?
    Teens 14-17 years of age are allowed to play without an adult in the room, with signed waivers of a legal guardian 18+. The legal guardian remain onsite while wile the players are in the escape room playing. Children 8-13 years of age must have an adult player supervising in the escape room at all times. Children under 8 years of age will not be permitted in the escape room. No exceptions.
  • Where is Kryptoscape (Lynnwood, WA) located?
    We are located near the Alderwood Mall in the city of Lynnwood (98036). We are on the BACKSIDE of the Lynnwood Financial Center 2 building underground. Drive behind the building, and you will find a large parking lot and our logos on the windows and doors. Please plan on arriving at least 15 minutes early to check in to begin on time.   • What happens if we arrive late?
    Escape room adventures will start precisely at the advertised time. There will be no flexibility as we must have time to reset, clean, and repair for the following customers' time. If you are late for unforeseen circumstances, please call our office at (425) 324-3999, and we will do our best to accommodate. We will not be able to re-schedule or refund if you cannot make it on time. Please plan your drive accordingly and try to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
  • Do we have to wear a mask?
    Beginning March 12, 2022, face masks are no longer required for entry.
  • I don't want to play, but I want to supervise my kids while they play. Is that ok?
    Yes, and we thank you and encourage that. Kids do require full supervision between ages 8-13 at all times by an adult over 18+. If you wish to join them in the rooms, we ask you to supervise and not assist in or play during their escape. If you change your mind and want to play along, we will adjust the tickets and add the additional players.
  • Someone from my group may have COVID-19. Can we reschedule or refund our adventure?
    We want everyone to be healthy and safe while they play. If anyone in your group has been exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19 or are suddenly feeling ill, please let us know as soon as possible before the event date. Please call us at (425) 324-3999 or email us at info@kryptoscape.com. We will do our best to accommodate your group to reschedule for another time or refund you if possible. If you have a temperature over 100 degrees ℉, you will not be allowed to play and will be rescheduled or refunded. Please check the World Health Organization site and STAY HOME if you are displaying any symptoms that could be associated with COVID-19.
  • Do we need to show COVID-19 vaccination cards to play?
    No, Snohomish County does not require a business to ask for COVID19 vaccination proof at this time. Please check the Snohomish County website for updates on their rules.
