What are the age requirements?
Teens aged 14-17 can play without an adult in the room if they have a signed waiver from a legal guardian (18+). The guardian must stay in the Kryptoscape lobby for safety and supervision.
Kids aged 8-13 need an adult (18+) in the room at all times. The adult doesn't need a ticket if they don't want to play, but we can add them as a player anytime.
Kids under 8 are not allowed in the escape room. Safety first, no exceptions.
Can I supervise my kids without playing?
Absolutely! Kids aged 8-13 need full supervision by an adult (18+). If you join them in the room, please supervise without assisting or playing. If you decide to join the fun, we can adjust the tickets and add you as a player.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
We do not allow outside food and drinks in the escape rooms. However, we have many restaurants and cafes nearby, as we are next to the Alderwood Mall.
Are your escape rooms wheelchair accessible?
We strive to make our escape rooms accessible to everyone. Please contact us in advance to discuss any specific accessibility needs.
Is there parking available?
Yes, we have ample parking space available for our customers. Parking is free of charge.

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we offer gift vouchers that can be purchased online. They make a great gift for friends and family who love a good challenge!
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will not be refunded.
