Teens 14-17 years of age are allowed to play without an adult in the room, with signed waivers of a legal guardian 18+. The legal guardian remain onsite while wile the players are in the escape room playing. Children 8-13 years of age must have an adult player supervising in the escape room at all times. Children under 8 years of age will not be permitted in the escape room. No exceptions.

We are located near the Alderwood Mall in the city of Lynnwood (98036). We are on the BACKSIDE of the Lynnwood Financial Center 2 building underground. Escape room adventures will start precisely at the advertised time. There will be no flexibility as we must have time to reset, clean, and repair for the following customers' time. If you are late for unforeseen circumstances, please call our office at (425) 324-3999, and we will do our best to accommodate. We will not be able to re-schedule or refund if you cannot make it on time. Please plan your drive accordingly and try to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.

Beginning March 12, 2022, face masks are no longer required for entry.

Yes, and we thank you and encourage that. Kids do require full supervision between ages 8-13 at all times by an adult over 18+. If you wish to join them in the rooms, we ask you to supervise and not assist in or play during their escape. If you change your mind and want to play along, we will adjust the tickets and add the additional players.

We want everyone to be healthy and safe while they play. If anyone in your group has been exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19 or are suddenly feeling ill, please let us know as soon as possible before the event date. If you have a temperature over 100 degrees ℉, you will not be allowed to play and will be rescheduled or refunded.
